These General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act, and govern the use of the NuoVolta website and services, including card payments.

2. Card Payments and Accepted Card Brands

Card payments on this website are processed securely through Borica 3DS (Bulgarian national card payment scheme). By choosing to pay by card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the acquiring bank to complete your purchase.

Card brands that may be used by clients for payment include, but are not limited to: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and other card brands supported by the Borica network and the acquiring bank. The exact list of accepted cards may depend on your card issuer and the acquiring bank. All card transactions are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) authentication where applicable.

If you consider that your personal data have been processed in breach of the applicable legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria. 4. Order cancellation (withdrawal), refunds, and resolution of payment disputes

This section sets out information required for card payments on this website regarding refusal/cancellation of an order, repayment in case of cancellation or withdrawal where applicable, and how payment-related disagreements may be resolved. It applies together with our Terms of Service, including any product-specific or service-specific rules stated there.

Right of withdrawal (consumers – distance contracts): Under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU consumer law, consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies (for example, certain digital content supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, where the law allows the right to be waived after performance has begun).

How to cancel / exercise withdrawal: To withdraw or cancel an order in accordance with the law where your right applies, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires—for example by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the company address in section 1, stating your name, contact details, order or payment reference, and that you wish to withdraw or cancel. Where you have already paid by card, please include any reference numbers (such as RRN or internal reference) shown after payment if available.

Repayment if you validly withdraw: If you validly withdraw from the contract where the law grants you that right, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any applicable delivery charges where required by law, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction (card refund via the acquiring bank / payment processing chain), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and this is permitted; you will not be charged any fee solely for the reimbursement. Card refunds may take additional banking days to appear on your statement after we initiate them.

Where withdrawal does not apply or orders are refused by us: If statutory withdrawal does not apply to your purchase, repayment (if any) will follow the rules in our Terms of Service and applicable law. If we refuse or cancel your order (for example for legal, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons), any amount already charged will be refunded in line with law and our policies using the same payment route where practicable.

Payment disputes: If you dispute a card charge (including incorrect amount, unrecognized transaction, or service not received), please contact us first at [email protected] or by phone using the number in section 1, with your order details and payment references. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you may also use procedures offered by your card issuer or payment scheme (for example chargeback rules where they apply). For broader consumer complaints you may use the Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) as in section 3. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts between consumers and traders established in the EU.

Общи условия (информация на български език): В изпълнение на изискванията за публикувана информация: относно отказ от поръчка – потребителите при договор от разстояние имат право на отказ в 14-дневен срок от сключване на договора, освен ако законът предвижда изключение (напр. цифрово съдържание при изрично съгласие за незабавно изпълнение, когато това е разрешено). Отказът се заявява с недвусмислено изявление (напр. имейл до [email protected] или писмено до адреса в т. 1) преди изтичане на срока. Начини на възстановяване на средства: при основателен отказ възстановяването се извършва по същия платежен инструмент, без неоправдано забавяне и най-късно в 14-дневен срок от уведомяването. Възстановяването по карта се обработва през банката/процесинг веригата и може да се отрази по сметката с банково закъснение. Разрешаване на платежни спорове: първо се свържете с нас; допустимо е и обръщане към издателя на картата по правилата на схемата; за потребителски спорове – КЗП (т. 3) и при необходимост Онлайн платформата за ОРС на Европейската комисия.
